COMPETENCY ACCREDITATION
ACCREDITATION OF MINING AND INDUSTRIAL PLANT PROFILES
We carry out the labor competency accreditation process in industry, a formal procedure that recognizes the knowledge, skills, and attitudes a person has acquired throughout their work experience, without requiring an academic degree.
We offer a complete set of profiles for competency accreditation, both in open pit and underground mining.
How does it work?
- Evaluation: Conducted in the workplace through field observation, interviews, and practical or theoretical tests.
- Result: The candidate may be accredited as competent or not yet competent. In the latter case, they can access training and be re-evaluated.
- Accreditation: Those who pass receive an official certificate and are authorized for the job in which they were evaluated.
